Story of how it all Started
In the year of 1989 i david-ronald: roberts started an independent business providing technical field repair services to medical CAT scanners across the united states of america. That first year i made no profit in the business. i broke even for the year. i decided that it was going to be a hassle to file my income taxes that year to show that i didn’t make any money to report.
Little longer than year later the IRS sent me a letter telling me that I had failed to file my 1040 in 1989. Not knowing any better, i responded to their letter. i stated that i did not earn any income that year and therefore no need to file a 1040. The IRS responded with another letter stating that all taxpayers have to file a 1040 whether you made income or not, so i then filed a 1040 showing no income for the year 1989. IRS then sends me a bill for $600.00 dollars for “failure to file in a timely matter”. WHAT! NO DUE PROCESS OF LAW!? What the hell!! How can anyone make a bill out of thin air and state that you owe it to them? That is call Piracy on the land. “We the People” are supposed to be FREE, the Declaration of Independence states that.
I ignored this bill, threw it into the trash. Then about every six months they kept sending i statements of what i owed them, and it kept going up in cost very fast. Inside of 2 years it had reached $8,000.00 dollars. You understand this is from fines, fees, penalties, interest. On that fake illegal $600.00 dollars they falsely charge i with. Then i receive a notice from them that they are giving me “21 Day Notice to Lien” of my bank accounts. Okay, a notice to lien, not a lien, but a notice to lien. i will go down to the banks and collect my money out of the accounts so there is no money for them to collect.
When at the banks, and the credit union they told i that they have to lock down my accounts as soon as they receive the notice to lien, and they hold the money in trust till the twenty second day to then transfer to the IRS. They told me they are bound by Law. They never stated the law they were bound by. Point: they have to act under Due Process of Law, by the rules of the Constitution, they cannot make a claim on a man or woman without Due Process of Law. This is a violation of your unalienable rights.
We the People are supposed to be protected under the Declaration of Independence and the Bill of Rights. Our Founding fathers put safeguards in place to protect us from tyranny of an oppressed government agency who works for an international banking cartel, such as IMF, BIS, Monarchies, Vatican, and the Crown.
This illegal debt of $600.00 that i supposed to owe the irs grew to a whopping $8,000.00 in couple of years. This was created out of thin air. They, the IRS did nothing to earn this amount of money. They demanded it, with no proof that they were owed anything, no proper claim made by a man or woman that they were harmed. But yet the IRS in violation to the United States Constitution demand i pay them this amount of money. Demand it!
The Banks is in violation of their duty to me as my Fiduciary agent. They are by contract to protect my assets (money). They cannot give my money away without my permission. That would be a violation of that trust in contract. A contract under the constitution is the highest law of the law, Article 10, clause 1.
After the Banks locked up my money, i filed in Federal Court for Grand Theft of my property. This is where it got interesting. First off, I knew nothing of the law. i knew nothing of the IRS other than that they are a fascist group representing a tyrannical government. Eyes wide open to this fact moving forward. That to hire an attorney to represent me would not work. They are all in bed with each other. It is called the BAR Guild, a union just like a plumber’s union. Get it a turd chaser union, lol…
This started an eight-month journey to remove myself from the Matrix (which i did not realize that was what i was doing). while i was trying to figure out how to press my claim for grand theft, i was studying everything i could get my hands on. Learning that all of the laws imposed on us is all fake. i learned that ALL TAXES in this country, and many other countries are voluntary. You see our forefathers did not want us to pay any kind of taxes. For a government to impose taxes on its people is tyranny. TAXES is enslavement of the People!
Other things I learned was that the Government has to provide 100% full transparency of their documents and paperwork to the People. This is something they never do. Because the government does not provide transparency of the 1040, that signing it forfeits your unalienable rights, and provides the government with a “power of attorney” over your affairs. This is all done in deceit of the People. Ignorance is a virtue at the cost to the People. This is not the Government our Forefathers envision for us.
How learning all that I was cramming into my brain, i came across a book written by Lyn Merdith “Vulture in Eagle Clothing” then short time later her second book “How to Cook a Vulture”, and another one by titled “IRS Humbug” by Frank Kowalik, these books gave me the information I need to draft an affidavit of fact to give notice to 28 agency of both the state and federal governments to remove myself from their control, freeing myself from having never to pay any kind of income taxes again. That was 35 years ago!
